    Thanks for an ‘engaging’ evening, honoured to be at the launch and really looking forward to Alan coming along to speak for the Glasgow CMI at our B.O.S.S. (Business One Stop Shop) later in the year.

    Latest figures suggest staff don’t trust their manager or believe they’re competent so I suggest every leader and manager read this book and start re-engaging their most valuable assets!
